Velayutham Anburaj
Mr. Velayutham Anburaj, aged 63 years, is a seasoned banking professional with over 37 years of extensive experience in the BFSI sector. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and an MBA in Banking and Finance. He is CAIIB certified from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and has also obtained certifications from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, along with MSME certification from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
Achaya Kumarasamy
Mr. A. Kumarasamy is an accomplished operations and supply chain leader with over 35 years of professional experience across the automotive and glass manufacturing sectors. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and advanced qualifications in Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is also a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
Vandana Bhojgaria
Ms. Vandana Bhojgaria is a qualified Company Secretary and Legal Counsel with over 10 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board advisory functions. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees in Law and Commerce, along with certifications in IPO Compliance, FEMA, POSH, and Independent Directorship.
